Objective: To overhaul the lead generation process for a B2B SaaS company and increase the volume of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to feed a growing sales team.
My Role & Strategy: As the HubSpot specialist, I implemented a full-funnel inbound strategy. This included creating a pillar content offer (e.g., an ebook), designing high-converting landing pages, building automated email nurturing workflows to qualify leads, and using lead scoring to identify the hottest prospects. I then created custom dashboards for the sales team to track MQLs and their progress through the pipeline.
