STEP 2: THE HERO

The Customer

The customer is always the hero of the story. I use data, interviews, and market research to develop deep, empathetic personas, understanding their challenges and aspirations.

Example: We identified the “Conscious Consumer” persona who wanted to make ethical choices but felt overwhelmed. Our story positioned the brand as their trusted guide.
STEP 3: THE ANTAGONIST

The Conflict

A story needs conflict to be compelling. The antagonist isn’t a villain, but the problem the hero faces. I clearly define this conflict to make the brand’s solution more powerful and necessary.

Example: The antagonist was “The Wastefulness of Fast Fashion.” By personifying this problem, our hero’s choice to buy sustainable clothing became a meaningful act of defiance.
STEP 4: THE JOURNEY

The Product as Guide

The brand is not the hero; it’s the wise guide that gives the hero the tools they need to succeed. I craft content that showcases how the product or service empowers the customer on their journey.

Example: We created blog posts and videos titled “A Guide to Building a Sustainable Wardrobe,” positioning the brand’s products as the essential tools for the hero’s quest.
STEP 5: THE RESOLUTION

The Customer’s Success

The story ends with the hero’s victory. I use case studies, testimonials, and user-generated content to showcase real customer success, providing powerful social proof and a satisfying narrative resolution.

Example: A social media campaign featuring customers proudly showing off their sustainable outfits. This resulted in a **40% increase in user-generated content** and a **25% lift in conversions.**
